I was in a position where I had to sell. The whole team at simply sold was very nice and helpful. It was an extremely tight timeline, and they made everything happen. They even had a car service pick me up and take me home for the closing. I appreciate what they did for me, and helping me out of my situation
Back in July of 2023 I contacted Simply Sold and spoke to the owner Frank Sanchez and told him that I wanted to sell my mother's house after she passed away. The house was in bad shape and it would be very difficult to fix up and sell. Frank told me that he would buy the house as is for cash and make all the improvements to sell the house. We agreed on a price which was very fair and 2 months later Simply sold closed on the house with me and I received my money. Everything went so smooth. I could not have ever done this by myself. I would highly recommend Frank at Simply Sold to take care of everything and purchase your home. No real estate agents are necessary so there are no hassles waiting for a buyer to get approved for a Mortgage. That can be very frustrating. Thanks Frank for everything you did for me and my family.

Simply Sold was the answer for my family to selling my Grandmother’s house. The property was in my and my two sisters’s names in Saugherties, NY. which had tenants refusing to leave after my father recently passed. (He had been the landlord). Since we live in 3 different states, Simply Sold handled all the paperwork and gave us a fair price which we all agreed on. Can’t recommend them enough when you deal with special circumstances as we had.
